SPICED LEG OF LAMB SUNDAY ROAST

Sunday roast is Aktar’s favourite meal of the week and we wanted to do something special to give an extra punch of flavour! We remembered Dave Myers and an incredible christmas lunch we cooked for him taking the same style but adding an indian accent so thought what better for something different for the whole family

SMOKED WHOLE LEG OF LAMB WITH KORMA GRAVY

An fantastic 2.5kg (min) leg of lamb with date and sultana marinade and a rich korma gravy
