Our deliveries take place daily from Tuesday to Friday, using DHL’s special food-safe overnight delivery service.
UK-wide Delivery – £8.50*
This fee is per box, which in general will hold 8 items. We are charged by our couriers a flat fee per box rather than by weight or dimension and so any order that is above 8 items or with items additional to a set menu box will be shipped separately in its own insulated box with its own delivery charge. On the occasion we are able to condense your order into less boxes, any additional shipping charge will be refunded.
Regrettably, there are certain postcodes with delivery limitations or exclusions which can be found below.
Delayed Delivery
These postcodes will often be placed on a 2-day delivery so your order may arrive one day later than expected and will not be able to posted for a Friday delivery
Unable To Deliver
On occasion, if your postcode is not one we deliver to, we may be able to offer shipping via Royal Mail instead, priced at £26.75 per box. Please contact us directly for further information.

Please note, that we are doing our best to ensure that your purchase gets delivered to you safely and on time. However, as we do not do the delivery ourselves and are relying on an external courier to do the delivery, occasionally boxes are getting lost or damaged in transit or occasionally delayed. Therefore, we can’t guarantee that all boxes will be delivered safely or on time and, for important events, we recommend order for the day prior in anticipation of potential delays.
