Unfortunately due to the reopening of our restaurants it is no longer feasible or appropriate for click & collect at this stage. However, to support our local guests, we have reduced the price of our boxes and delivery to counter this affect.
Packages are shipped out with the special food-safe overnight delivery aiming to be delivered on Tuesdays through to Fridays. If couriers are not able to reach you or leave the package in a safe place, they will try to redeliver it again the following day.
Regrettably a next day delivery service is not available for the following postcodes: AB31 - AB54 and PH15 - PH18. Please be aware that for these postcodes your order may be delivered via a two day service, available for Wednesday and Thursday delivery only.
Deliveries are managed by DPD, you will be contacted by them with tracking information.
*DPD exclude certain postcodes, we can how ever use Royal Mail to deliver to those areas, Please note delivery charge via Royal Mail is £26.75.
We are using WoolCool insulated packaging for our deliveries. This award winning solution is sustainable, compostable and is proven to keep contents cool for at least 48 hours and longer so your food is kept safe even if your delivery is running late.
Regrettably we don’t deliver to the following postcodes:
HS1-9, IV41-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3 & Northern Ireland.
Please note, that we are doing our best to ensure that your purchase gets delivered to you safely and on time. However, as we do not do the delivery ourselves and are relying on an external courier to do the delivery, occasionally boxes are getting lost or damaged in transit or occasionally delayed. Therefore, we can’t guarantee that all boxes will be delivered safely or on time and, for important events, we recommend order for the day prior in anticipation of potential delays.If you have issues with your delivery, please contact DPD directly first, as they have the most up-to-date information about your shipment. Get in touch with us if DPD is unable to resolve your problem and we will help you.
If things do go wrong, please understand though we will do all we can to help and resolve the issue. Ultimately once the parcel is handled over to DPD or any other courier we like anyone else no longer have any control or influence over the parcels journey.
