In the early 1950s, the iconic Murgh Makhni was everywhere but the huge vegetarian community sang out asking for something suitable for them. As a result, the dhal and the paneer makhni were developed showcasing the continuous development of Indian cuisine in the subcontinent. Perfectly representing the indulgent flavour with comfortable spice as well as silky texture that you sadly miss the layers of in the curry house. Milder curries don’t mean less flavour!
