Please note, that we are doing our best to ensure that your purchase gets delivered to you safely and on time. However, as we do not do the delivery ourselves and are relying on an external courier to do the delivery, occasionally boxes are getting lost or damaged in transit or occasionally delayed. Therefore, we can’t guarantee that all boxes will be delivered safely or on time and, for important events, we recommend order for the day prior in anticipation of potential delays.
If you have issues with your delivery, please contact DPD directly first, as they have the most up-to-date information about your shipment. Get in touch with us if DPD is unable to resolve your problem and we will help you.
If things do go wrong, please understand though we will do all we can to help and resolve the issue. Ultimately once the parcel is handled over to DPD or any other courier we like anyone else no longer have any control or influence over the parcels journey.
